Yes! Guests are required to book our tours in advance.

Changes or cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior to departure. After that time, all bookings will be considered non-refundable. Please note that missed shows or departure times will not be refunded.

Absolutely not! Seattle is well-known for its rainy weather, and our tours run rain or shine. Don’t forget to bring along an umbrella!

Yes, but updates are based on availability and may be subject to price changes.

An adult ticket should be purchased for any guest over the age of 12. A child ticket may be purchased for guests between the ages of 5 and 11. All infants and toddlers 4 or younger receive free admission to all tours and services.

All bookings listed on Gray Line Seattle’s site can be paid for via VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. Direct debit options are not currently available. Tickets purchased through WeChat or Alipay will not be accepted.

Gratuity is not included in the tour price. Tipping your guide is at your discretion. A 15-20% tip for exceptional service is typically considered best practice.

Currently, our Guided and Hop On Hop Off Seattle tours are conducted entirely in English.

Our meeting place is at 600 Broad St in front of the Space Needle and across from Hyatt House Seattle. We do not offer hotel pick-ups.

No. At least 1 adult must book and travel with any children under the age of 12.

Wear comfortable walking shoes and dress appropriately for the weather depending on the season. Check the weather prior to arrival in Seattle. Bring an umbrella or rain jacket just in case of unexpected inclement weather.

No. Meals are not provided on tours or Hop On Hop Off Seattle service. Breaks will be given throughout the day in order for guests to purchase something to eat on their own.

With the exception of registered service dogs, no pets are allowed on board.

Per Washington State law, smoking is not permitted in any public area or on board vessels and buses.

If you are traveling in a large group, please call our Contact Center and notify them of who you are traveling with. We will try our best to keep all groups together, although being on the same tour or vehicle is not necessarily guaranteed.
