• Our Hop-On, Hop-Off does not need to be booked advance. Our Scenic Seattle City Tour and Seattle Night Tour do require advance reservations.
  • Changes or cancellations can be made 24 hour prior to departure. After that time, all bookings will be considered non-refundable. Please note that no shows or missed departures will not be refunded.

 

  • Absolutely not! Seattle is well-known for its rainy weather and our tours run rain or shine. Don’t forget to bring along an umbrella!

  • An adult is considered as anyone over the age of 12. Children are aged 5-11 years, and infants and toddlers 4 and under are free on all services
  • Gray Line Seattle accepts payment with VISA, Mastercard and American Express. Direct Debit is currently not available. Tickets purchased through WeChat or Alipay will not be accepted.
  • Gratuity is not included in the tour price. Tipping your guide is at your discretion. A suggested 15-20% for exceptional service is suggested.

  • Wear comfortable walking shoes and dress appropriately for the weather depending on the season. Check the weather prior to arrival into Seattle. Bring an umbrella or rain jacket just in case of inclement weather.
  • No, meals are not provided on tours or Hop-On-Hop-Off. Breaks will be given throughout the tours in order for guests to purchase something to eat on their own.

This does come at a small performance cost, and that is the reason we chose to disable it for our Live Bus Map.
