The premier sightseeing business in Seattle, operating both the City Sightseeing and Gray Line Seattle brands, is looking to hire an Office Manager to join its growing team. This key role is the backbone of the company that requires strong multitasking skills and a can-do attitude. Responsibilities will range from daily accounting tasks to customer service as it pertains to questions and concerns. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing and professional personality that takes pride in caring for the office, ensuring all supplies are available, and the space is warm and welcoming for themself and everyone that enters. 

 

YOUR WORK WILL INCLUDE :

  • Perform daily accounting tasks, including but not limited to, reconciling banking, vouchers and invoices 
  • Review end-of-day reports for accuracy and report any concerns 
  • Attend hotel affiliate events as a representative of City Sightseeing and Gray Line Seattle 
  • Professionally manage queries and concerns through various communication channels 
  • Become proficient with the reservations system in order to manage bookings, and create reports 
  • Responsible for creating and / or revising training documents, manuals, and presentations as required 
  • Office and Inventory management – stationery and supply control, hardware management, cleanliness, and security 
  • Assist with staff training of product knowledge, equipment and systems use, and guest service skills, as needed

  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Pleasant and professional phone manner Outgoing, professional personality with dynamic superior interpersonal skills and customer service skill
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • You have administrative, problem solving, attention to detail, and time management skills  
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
